Assignment #5

Create a "Main" page for all your projects. This page will be called DEFAULT.HTM and will have links to the remainder of your 565 projects.

Instructor's Main Page

Create a GIF heading for your "Main" web page. This is going to be a banner that is 760 pixels wide. It will go across the top of your main page. This is a GIF, so it should be mostly solid colors (not a photo). This graphic should have the name of your school, and EDFI565 on it as well.

Create an animated GIF. This can be decorative, a button or a navigational tool. This animated graphic needs to have several "parts" that include your school name and EDFI565. You need to have at least three separate "slides" that make up this graphic. Transitions or other "extras" are up to you.

Create a GIF with a transparency. Your graphic should include your school name and EDFI565. The background color should be the transparent color.

Create a page with a background. The background needs to have a margin area on the left. Your transparent GIF should traverse both sides of the background.

Create an index of at least 12 pictures. Create thumbnails that each link to a larger picture. I would prefer that you use pictures of your own, but I realize that everyone does not have a digital camera. If you need some pictures, let know, and I will get some to you.
