Assignment #8

Create a web-based quiz. The quiz must consist of at least three questions. Each question must be multiple-choice, with at least four possible answers.

Before a person starts the quiz, they should be asked to enter their name.

The final page of the quiz should show the person's name, and if each answer was correct or incorrect. There are ten bonus points available to those that have the final page calculate the percentage correct.
